The terms, in plain words
A simple model: you are paid at the pace your client pays their invoices. No commission is ever paid on amounts Kalyvox has not collected.
- 20% of the subscription: The commission is calculated on the net subscription amount actually paid by the customer (excluding usage-based charges, taxes and fees).
- Recurring, invoice after invoice: Every monthly payment triggers a new commission. There is no one-off signing bonus: you earn for as long as the customer pays.
- 12 months per customer: Commissions run for 12 months from the customer's first payment, then stop. Each new customer starts their own counter.
- 90-day attribution: A contact arriving through your link or code is attributed to you for 90 days. The applicable terms are frozen on the day the customer account is created.
- 30-day validation: Each commission is validated after 30 days to cover refunds and failed payments. A refunded invoice cancels the matching commission.
- Payout from 50 EUR: Validated commissions are grouped into a monthly statement and transferred once the 50 EUR threshold is reached. Below that, the balance rolls over.

If the customer churns, commissions stop
That is the logical counterpart of a model indexed on paid invoices: we only share revenue we have actually collected.
- Cancellation or end of subscription: no further commission is generated after the last paid invoice.
- Unpaid or refunded invoice: the matching commission is cancelled or deducted from the next statement.
- Commissions already validated and paid out remain yours.
- If the customer comes back later, we review re-attribution case by case.
